Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or cheque payable to Blyth 14/19 Inc. If the booking is within 2 weeks of the event, cash will be required for both the rental fees and damage deposit.

Full payment for the contract is due on the day of the rental.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit calculated at 25% of the rental fee is required at the time of the booking. The deposit will be retained until after the function has been held and the premises have been inspected by a Blyth 14/19 Inc. representative. The deposit is not part of your rental fee.

The Renter will indicate the arrangement and number of tables & chairs to be set up by our staff, with at least 24 hours notice of such set up.
It is agreed that, if more space is used by the Renter than that which was originally booked or if the Renter occupies the premises for a period longer than booked, the Renter will be billed accordingly.
